⚡ Pro tip:
Don't work through the 9 questions rigidly from top to bottom. If something occurs to you for question 2 while working on question 5 - great! Company DNA is iterative, not linear.
Step 3: Refine & Validate (20 minutes)
- 📖 Read aloud: Does it sound like your company?
- 👥 Ask team: "Do you recognize us?"
- ✂️ Shorten: Max 2-3 sentences per question (otherwise it becomes a novel again)
