Two Swiss professions. One AI practice for SMEs.

Lukas Huber knows his clients' world first-hand. He spent 16 years inside it. Apprenticeship at the Wängi municipality in 2008. Junior accountant at Veritas Consulting in Zürich. Co-founder of Huber & Schmidt Treuhand in Frauenfeld, sold in 2021.

From 2022, manager of accounts payable at Kanebo Cosmetics in Zürich. That's where things shifted: IT automation and process optimisation on accounting workflows he'd been running by hand for a decade. The same routines, VAT, reconciliation, payment runs, were still being done manually at his SME clients. In 2024 he started schnellstart.ai to close that gap.

Today, Lukas is completing the Swiss federal certificate as AI Business Specialist (IPSO), one of the few recognised AI-consulting qualifications in Switzerland. He runs workshops for accounting teams, medical practices, and parish administrations: 15+ workshops delivered, up to 50 people per room.

Florian Witschi builds systems where failure isn't an option. Four-year electronics apprenticeship at Baumer Group in Frauenfeld (2014–2018), Swiss precision industry, hardware foundation. Then technician at Abbott in Zürich and a pivot into software via a Software Engineering internship at Zürcher Kantonalbank and a role as Software Engineer at Adnovum (2023–2024), one of Switzerland's most established enterprise software houses.

Since January 2025, Florian has worked in System Monitoring & Control at Skyguide, the Swiss air-traffic-control authority. Infrastructure where mistakes aren't tolerated. He brings the same discipline to schnellstart.ai: architecture with audit logs, verifiable encryption, deployments that stay in Switzerland or the EU.

In parallel, he built a formal machine-learning foundation, Neural Networks, Hyperparameter Tuning, and ML Project Structuring through Andrew Ng's DeepLearning.AI series (2022), and a security track topped by the Junior Penetration Tester certification (TryHackMe, 2025). Anthropic's AI Fluency certificate in 2025; Yale's Financial Markets programme in 2026.

Dmitri Kortchminski keeps delivery on track. A certified project manager, he turns strategy into concrete project steps, coordinates rollout on the client side, and makes sure concepts become running systems, on time and without friction.

He's also completing the Swiss federal certificate as an AI Business Specialist, one of the few recognised AI-consulting qualifications in Switzerland. That pairs structured project management with solid AI knowledge, and he stays on it until it genuinely works in production.
