Alventis has world-class expertise in financial and AI strategy. However, founder Victoria found herself trapped in manual operations. She was doing cold outreach, qualifying incoming emails, and manually keying details into spreadsheets.
She wanted to build a digital system that could act as a "silent partner" that handles marketing outreach, scores leads, and manages operations autonomously, freeing up her time for high-value strategic advisory work.
Challenge
Disconnected Systems: Lead generation was completely manual and inconsistent, depending entirely on late-night LinkedIn outreach.
Resource Bottleneck: Managing early-stage inquiry sorting and qualification by hand took up to 15 hours a week, stalling overall business growth.

Solution
We collaborated with Victoria to engineer a complete, automated client acquisition and operations stack. First, we designed a premium website with custom tracking to capture high-intent traffic.
Next, we built an automated LinkedIn outreach engine using n8n and PhantomBuster. The system uses ChatGPT to analyze profiles of inbound leads, score them against high-fit criteria, and automatically draft personalized responses. Inbound qualification was cut from 48 hours to just 12 hours, saving 15 hours weekly. Victoria now wakes up to pre-qualified discovery calls booked in her calendar.
