Do I need technical background knowledge?

No. The workshop is explicitly built for non-technical attendees. If you can open a browser, that is enough.

What is Infomaniak kAI?

Infomaniak is a Swiss hosting provider. kAI is their AI assistant, hosted in Switzerland, FADP-compliant, no data sharing with US providers.

Can I use real client data?

Infomaniak stores data in Switzerland, which makes it significantly safer than ChatGPT or Gemini from a data-protection perspective. We still recommend you check your cantonal trustee association’s specific data-protection guidance.

Will I receive the recording?

Yes. All registered attendees receive the recording by email after the workshop.

How much does the workshop cost?

Nothing. It is free.

What happens after the workshop?

You decide. If you want more, you can book a paid follow-up workshop. We set everything up together on your own computer.
