About Dmitri
Dmitri Kortchminski has led large technical projects for 14 years, most of them multi-million capital projects for pharmaceutical and chemical companies. At PM Group in Basel he delivered, among other things, the clean-utility systems for an mRNA production facility on schedule. For Bachem he structured the project execution of an HPLC facility, and at Sanofi in Belgium he was responsible for the design of bioreactor and clean-utility packages.
That covers what matters in any delivery project: holding budget and dates, negotiating with suppliers, bringing specialists, engineers and quality assurance together, and spotting problems early. At PM Group he found a critical flaw in a wastewater technology within two weeks, avoiding costly delays.
At schnellstart.ai he brings that discipline to AI projects. He breaks a concept into work packages, clarifies who is responsible on the client side and stays with it until the system runs in daily operation. He is also training for the Swiss federal diploma as an AI Business Specialist (ipso Bildung).
