About Lukas
Lukas Huber knows his clients' world first-hand: he worked in it for 16 years. Commercial apprenticeship in 2008 at the municipality of Wängi, then Treuhand clerk at Fine Financial in Wallisellen and junior accountant at Veritas Consulting in Zurich. He co-founded Huber & Schmidt Treuhand in Frauenfeld, sold it in 2021 and ran his own practice until 2024.
From 2022 he managed accounts payable at Kanebo Cosmetics in Zurich. That was the turning point: he automated bookkeeping routines he had done by hand for a decade, while the same work (VAT, bank reconciliation, payment runs) stayed manual at his small-business clients. On 1 September 2024 that became schnellstart.ai.
Today Lukas is training for the Swiss federal diploma as an AI Business Specialist (IPSO). He runs workshops for Treuhand teams, practices and office staff, with up to 50 people in the room.
When you talk to Lukas, you talk to someone who has filed VAT returns himself. That is why he knows which hours can be automated and which should stay with people.
