    Frequently asked questions

    Do I need programming experience?
    No. Claude Code looks technical at first, but it is deliberately built so non-developers can use it too. We start at zero and work up using your real use cases.
    What is "agentic AI"?
    Agentic AI means: you set a task, and the system plans, researches and works on its own — instead of just answering a single question. Claude Code is one concrete example: it analyses documents, writes reports and automates recurring analyses.
    Can I use Claude Code with client data?
    It depends on data classification and contractual relationships. In the workshop we show live which data may go into the agent, which may not — and how to combine with local models or Swiss cloud alternatives where needed.
    What does Claude Code cost?
    Claude Code is included in the Anthropic plans (from roughly CHF 20/month). We show how to start in the free tier and when the Pro plan pays off.
    EU AI Act — am I even affected as an SME?
    Yes, indirectly. As soon as you run AI systems in production — even ones you bought — transparency and risk management requirements apply. We explain what "high-risk" means and where most SME use cases sit.
    Online or in person?
    Both work. Online via Microsoft Teams; in person in Frauenfeld or at your office for teams of 6+.
    What do I get after the workshop?
    A prompt and workflow library as PDF, a compliance checklist (FADP/EU AI Act) and the slides. All registered attendees also receive the recording.
