Euria für Treuhand & Buchhaltung — Schweizer KI Praxis-Workshop mit Lukas Huber, schnellstart.ai

Most AI tools run on US servers — with everything that implies for data protection. Euria by Infomaniak is the Swiss answer: European data stays in Switzerland, subscriptions are CHF-based and support speaks German. Ollama adds another layer: local AI models run on your own machine with no cloud connection at all. In the workshop you set up both tools live — and you leave knowing exactly when you need which.

    Frequently asked questions

    What is Euria?
Euria is the AI assistant from Infomaniak — the Swiss hosting provider. Data stays in Switzerland, prices are CHF-based and it is set up in 2 minutes. Ideal for anyone who wants ChatGPT features without a US cloud.
    What is Ollama?
Ollama lets you run large language models (Llama, Mistral, Phi etc.) locally on your laptop — no cloud, no subscription, no data sharing. Your data never leaves your machine.
    What is Apertus?
Apertus is a web interface for Ollama — it gives you a ChatGPT-like UI that runs locally. This makes Ollama immediately usable even for non-technical users.
    Do I need technical know-how?
No. We start at zero. Euria is browser-based and requires no installation. Ollama runs with one command in the terminal — we do it live together.
What hardware do I need for Ollama?
A normal laptop is enough for small models (Phi-3, Gemma 2B). With 16 GB RAM and a modern CPU you can run larger models smoothly too. In the workshop we show which model fits which hardware.
Can I use Euria with client data?
Euria by Infomaniak stores data in Switzerland and is designed for the Swiss market. For particularly sensitive data (tax data, health data), Ollama is the safer choice — data never leaves your machine.
    Is the workshop free?
Yes — fully free. You just need your laptop and an hour.
    Online or in person?
Both work. Online via Microsoft Teams; in person in Frauenfeld or at your office for teams of 6+.
